Hi. Trialing the software using footage from 2 GoPro 8 Hero cameras at about 90 degrees. Managed to stitch one short video, but then every video thereafter (including a re-run of the first successful stitch) returns an error, “Failed to read frame”. Noticed this topic has been raised before for the GoPro 8 Hero and a solution given for app version 0.9, but I am using the latest app i.e 1.0. Please advise. Thanks
You need to change the default setting for the fix to work:
Thanks. However I am not sure how to do this. Searched online for help and I found the correct registry location (in regedit), but came stuck when deciding what the new registry value should be eg DWORD, Binary, Multi-string? And how can it be set to pyav? Could you give instructions, or better still provide a very short video clip? Cheers.
Hi. Worked it out. It is a “String value”, I then changed the value to pyav. The app then had an issue with the host, so followed instructions from another post on deleting the licence file in the registry, this worked.
Re the output quality, is there a way to increase the resolution?
Thanks.
