Gamsod camera Alternative

What about this camera? Can it be alternative for Gamsod? It is using the same sensor Sony IMX377.
It can’t record 4k 60 FPS but 4k 30 FPS and 2k 60 FPS is in there. Maybe it is best budged camera alternative. Of course waterproof case needs.

I bought a RunCam Thumb 2 for testing. It can work for sure, but the video quality is apparently lower than regular-size action cameras such as DJI Osmo Action 1.
