GoPro Hero 11 Black is now supported

I’ve received my GoPro Hero 11 and done the calibration. If you restart ActionStitch you’ll see it in the camera list when choosing the camera.

Calibration was done for both the standard 5.3k resolution (the same one as GoPro 10) as well as the new 5.3k 8:7 resolution that has more vertical view. As always, you should shoot the view in the wide mode, with HyperSmooth off. This to disable both undistortion and stabilization, a requirement for any camera to work with ActionStich.

For comparison, this is a screenshot of a video taken by GoPro 10 on the left and GoPro 11 on the right:

As you can see there is no difference in video clarity.

Any word on GoPro Hero 12 support?

You can select GoPro Hero 11 from the camera list and see if it works. If it doesn’t work, you can take a calibration video like this: https://download.actionstitch.com/calibration_sample.mp4. Send the video to me and I’ll create a calibration file for GoPro 12.
